Color Theory
Four Seasonal Rainbows
Every color can be placed within one of four chroma families — Pastel Tints, Vivid Hues, Rich Tones, or Deep Shades. These groups reveal not only the depth and clarity of a color, but also how it interacts with light — helping you find your ideal saturation point.

Understanding Color Through The Seasons
Before we explore each family, here’s a quick breakdown of what we mean by:
- Pastel Tints: A color mixed with white
- Vivid Hues: The true color at it’s brightest
- Rich Tones: A color mixed with gray
- Deep Shades: A color mixed with black
Each family in our collection flows along a spectrum of temperature (warm → cool) and value (light → dark). This helps you identify where your best colors live based on your Seasonal Color Analysis.
