5 years ago I made the decision to quit alcohol, and it was then that I woke up to my body, my hypersensitivity, my anxiety, and my depression. Color became my lifeline when my brain felt stuck. From wearing it and seeing it, to playing with it and interacting with it—color has infused my life with joy every single day. I’m sharing my love of color because it’s transformed my world, and I want to share that gift with you.

Today, David and I dyed up new outfits and embraced our unique styles. We pulled out the bubbles, played with clay, and co-created a beautiful tapestry with others—each person’s dash was a stunning expression of their joy. There’s something truly transformative about creating together, letting colors and patterns tell our stories.
